Very nice location near the Opera in the Opera District, just a minute away from Sol. Convenient transportation with metro lines at the door of the hotel. Easy access to many interesting sites within walking distance. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly and cute staff.

I recently visited this place and had a really positive experience. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right on the Hop On bus line with a metro station just half a block away. The room was well-equipped with excellent amenities such as a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The staff was impeccable, and they honored our request to have our rooms next to each other. In terms of facilities, there was a leisure room with a jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The restaurant had a wide selection and the staff was more than happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements. All in all, I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Perfect location and great room!

During our stay over Christmas, we were delighted with the complimentary glass of mulled wine upon arrival and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square and the Christmas markets. Plus, the staff were very good too make our stay special by providing recommendations for local holiday activities.

The carpets were worn and stained, and the furniture was outdated. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors and noise from the street, difficult to sleep at times.

The decor and amenities were wonderful, and we really felt a part of the vibe of the city. The location was in the heart of Madrid, with a view of the palace from our room. We could easily walk to many major attractions or take the metro right outside the door.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The attractions in the area, such as the Palacio Real and Puerta del Sol, are just a short walk away.

The noise from the street outside can be quite bothersome, especially at night.
